Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Timothy H. Carter, 45, 209 N. Pindwood Lane, Apt. 11, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Gregory L. Bailey Jr., 19, 1024 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for striking a parked vehicle.

* Tellis Wilderness, 31, 3019 Aspen Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute.

Summons

* James Foggie III, 44, 546 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for tampering.

Thefts

* Claire's, 3049 William St., reported a theft of hair clips and bobby pins. Two juveniles were arrested in connection with the incident.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of fuel.

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of insulin syringes. Tami L. Griswold, 48, of Jackson was arrested in connection with the incident.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.

* Prescription medications were reported stolen at 531 Boxwood Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of fuel.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 2041 Walden Blvd. A wallet was reported stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported at William and Lorimier streets.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of North Bellevue Street.

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of South Skyline Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported in the 4800 block of Old Cape Road.
