Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Jason Standridge, 32, of Sikeston was issued a summons on charges of driving while intoxicated, striking a parked vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident at Themis and Main streets.

Arrests

• Roy Johnson, 20, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested in the 100 block of South Pacific Street on a warrant for a Missouri Department of Corrections parole violation.
• LeDonn Smith, 26, of Chicago, Ill., was arrested in the 100 block of South Pacific Street on a warrant for a Missouri Department of Corrections parole violation.

Thefts

• A theft was reported at 426 Bellevue St.
• A theft and trespassing were reported at 3049 William St.
• A theft was reported at 211 Saint Francis Drive.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at 1717 College St.
• Property damage was reported in the 1300 block of Jefferson Avenue.

Miscellaneous

• Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
• A person was taken into protective custody.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

• Kyle Sreely, 20, of 713 Oak St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

Burglary

• A burglary was reported in the 400 block of Alvin Street.

• Property damage was reported in the 300 block of East Main Street.

• Harassment was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
• Police checked the welfare of a person in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

• A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Tracy Street.
