Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

n Craig A. Stevens, 41, 401 Lou Ann Drive, Herrin, Ill., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Arrests

• A subject was taken into custody pending charges for littering and prohibited acts.
• Candida D. Prater, no age or address given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
• Justin Barschell Demolle, 17, 822 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court and failure to pay fines.
• A suspect was taken into custody pending issuance of a Cape Girardeau warrant for false declaration.
• A suspect was taken into custody pending issuance of a Missouri state warrant for resisting arrest and unlawful use of a weapon.
• A suspect was taken into custody pending issuance of a Missouri state warrant for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Summons

• Herald T. Dobbs Jr., no age or address given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to maintain property.
• Jonathan Lee Lockidge, 20, 1014 Bloomfield St., was issued a summons for a noise violation and resisting arrest.

• Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported theft of gasoline.

Property damage

• A door was reported damaged at 1 Capaha Park.

• There was an assist to the U.S. Immigration Service at 2407 Albert Rasche Drive.
• A subject was taken into protective custody.
• An ex parte violation was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
