* Michael Kuehn, 20, 1145 County Road 352, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Allen Wilson, 18, 2847 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Justin Wiseman, 24, 21 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of having an open container.
* Donald Wayne Meyer, 51, was arrested on a Lincoln County Warrant for failure to appear and on an O'Fallon, Mo., police department warrant for failure to appear on nine counts of larceny.
* Antwone Johnson, 29, 2148 Broadway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation, a Howard County warrant for probation violation and a Montgomery County warrant for failure to appear.
* Tellis Wilderness, 31, 3019 Aspen Drive, No. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
* A suspect is in custody on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
* A suspect is in custody on suspicion of driving with a revoked license.
* Taledia Banks, 31, 2810 Independence St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
Summons
* William Adams, 30, of Waco, Texas, received a summons for indecent exposure.
* Jesse Kuykendoll, 232 S. Ellis St., received a summons for prohibited acts, noises.
Assault
* Assault and property damage were reported at 320 N. Frederick St.
* An assault was reported at 107 N. Main St.
* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.
* An assault was reported at Main Street and Broadway.
Thefts
* A credit card was reported stolen at 107 N. Main St.
* Money was reported stolen at 2150 Derbyshire Lane.
* Finish Line, 889 N. Kingshighway, reported $39.64 in services stolen.
* Shoes were reported stolen at 1338 Ashland Hills Drive.
* Claire's Boutique, 3049 William St., reported stolen hair clips, bracelets and a necklace.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 16 N. Park Ave.
Property damage
* A mailbox was reported damaged at 1810 Scotts Lane.
* Property damage was reported at 2839 Whitener St.
Miscellaneous
* A 32-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 30-year-old woman was taken into custody.
* Rent One Store reported a request for service for damage to a returned television.
* A 27-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

DWI
* Norman Jackson Jr., 34, 378 Horseshoe Lake Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving carelessly, driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to provide proof of insurance and operating a vehicle without a driver's license.
Arrest
* James O'Neal, 52, 117 S. Farmington Road, was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance, unlawful use of a weapon, assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and failure to comply with a lawful order.
Summons
* John Dillard, 17, 177 N. Legend St., was issued a summons for driving in a careless and imprudent manner.
* Raymond Halter, 26, of Scott City received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle, failure to provide proof of insurance and displaying the plates of another vehicle.
* Michael Rulo II, 25, of Scott City received a summons for failure to wear a seat belt.
Theft
* A theft was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.
* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
* A theft was reported in the area of Cherokee Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 1600 block of Cedar Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the area of West Main Street and South Farmington Road.
