  • Brian W. Biri, 29, 1853 Carolina St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
  • Deandre Betts, 58, 624 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
  • David A. McClanahan, 21, 1015 Bloomfield St., Apt. 11, was arrested on suspicion of assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
