Arrests

• A warrant arrest was reported.

• A warrant arrest was reported on William Street.

Assaults

• Assault was reported on Lacey Street.

• Fourth-degree assault was reported on South Hanover Street.

Thefts

• Theft from a motor vehicle was reported on South Hanover Street.

• Shoplifting was reported on South Kingshighway.

• Stealing and resisting arrest/detention/stop by fleeing were reported on William Street.

Miscellaneous

• Failure to give adequate care to animals and animal neglect were reported.

• Maintenance of a nuisance/inoperable vehicle was reported on North Park Avenue.

• Driving while revoked/suspended was reported on North Sprigg Street.

• Domestic animal at large was reported on Lexington Avenue.

• An animal bite was reported.

• Illegal signs were reported on Randol Drive.

Arrests

• Kenneth T. Campbell, Jr., 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for two courts of forgery and theft.

• Jaylen C. Carter, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of resisting/interfering with arrest and unlawful use of a weapon.

• John K. Jones, 53, of Dexter was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

• Tamra C. Jones, 54, of Dexter was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

• Kyle A. Foutch, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for delivery of a controlled substance and probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

• David E. Hagan, 57, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for two counts of stealing.

• Ronald G. Tinnin, 60, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

• Eric W. Glueck, 40, of Friedheim was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for two counts of driving while intoxicated.

• Cody A. Reid, 35, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

• Zipporah S. Bell, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for making a false report.

• Richard O. Jenkins, 51, of Scott City was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance and probation violation for stealing and second-degree burglary.

DWIs

• Marvale A. Day, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Travis T. Cox, 44, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and driving while intoxicated.

• Todjai B. Ross, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and receiving stolen property.
