The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Corey Martin, 24, of 110 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.

James Franklin Harris, 57, of 224 Independence, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault and trespassing.

Nancy Elizabeth Merchant, 18, of 333 W. Parker, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Pevely, Mo., warrant for failure to appear in court on a traffic charge. Miguel Phillips, 35, of 1735 Oakley, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a state warrant for nonsupport.

Thefts

A cell phone was reported stolen Friday at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road. A wallet was reported stolen Friday at 127 Water St.

Gasoline was reported stolen Saturday at 2012 William St.

Property damage Damage was reported Saturday at the Bell Air Grill, 24 S. Spanish St.

Miscellaneous

A girls Huffy "Dream Journey" bicycle was found Friday at 1136 N. Middle St.

Males ages 22, 21 and 39 were taken into protective custody Saturday.

Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Saturday at 3165 William St.
