Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Jeffrey V. Mirgeaux, 47, 2038 Perryville Road, was arrested on warrant for parole violation.
• Dennis J. Kimble, 23, 1400 S. West End Blvd., No. 71, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
• Alisha D. Snider, 31, 1600 Independence St., was arrested on a warrant for parole violation.
• Timothy S. Givens, 34, 308 Sheridan Drive, was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for probation violation.
• A subject is in custody pending charges for stealing and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
• Bruce A. McClard, 58, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for repair or demolish building.
• Anthony A. Williams, 38, 114 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Butler County warrant for nonsupport.
• A 7-year-old was cited into juvenile court for assault.

Thefts

• Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• A subwoofer was reported stolen at 242 N. Pacific St.
• A cell phone was reported stolen at 1116 Ranney Ave.
• A PSP was reported stolen.
• Nike Shoes, 315 Shirley Drive, reported a theft of shoes.

Miscellaneous

• A request for service was reported.
• A peace disturbance was reported.
• A 51-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• Possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute was reported.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.
