Arrests...

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Levi R. Elledge, 32, 422 Bellevue St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for stealing.

* Andrew S. Steger, 28, 321 S. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* Andrew Johnson, 51, 102 Rivercrest Drive, was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for operating a vehicle without a valid operator's license.

* Travis D. Nelson, 25, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Danielle L. Walls, 22, of Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of driving with a revoked license.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

* Jacqueline C. Parker, 26, 1015 Bloomfield St., Apt. 6, was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear in court three times.

* Kenneth M. Norwood, 26, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Charles R. Shilhervy, 22, of St. Paul, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of having an open container of alcohol.

* Jason A. Tubbs, 28, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

* Dennis W. Harkins, 51, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant by the St. Francios County Sheriff's Department for failure to appear in court.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of tobacco and unlawful use of a weapon.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and armed criminal action.

* Holly L. Behsman, 42, 514 Olive St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for domestic assault.

* Avery C. Whitney, 19, 646 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and failure to appear.

Summonses

* Jessie James Stokes, 65, 201 S. Lorimier St., received a summons for indecent exposure.

* Misty D. Thrower, 36, 1726 Huntington Drive, received a summons for disturbance of the peace.

* Edward K. Kowalik, 21, of St. Charles, Mo., received a summons for maintaining a disorderly house at 310 N. Pacific St.

* Jared R. Swantner, 21, of O'Fallon, Mo., received a summons for maintaining a disorderly house at 310 N. Pacific St.

* Adam D. Dachroeden, 19, of Florissant, Mo., received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* Eugene L. Dodds, 19, 909 Hackberry St., No. 4, received a summons for possession of marijuana and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported.

* A rape was reported.

* Domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.

Thefts

* Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.

* D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of fuel.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of fuel.

* A theft of medication was reported at 3114 Westfield Drive.

* L.A. Nails, 3049 William St., reported services stolen.

* Checks were reported stolen at 606 Terry Lane.

* A Ferris lawn mower, appliance dolly, refrigerator and 16-foot utility trailer were reported stolen at 321 N. Broadview St.

* Sunglasses and personal papers were reported stolen at 600 Hazel Drive.

* JAB Co. Roofing reported a ladder and scaffolding stolen at 321 Broadview St.
