The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Misty J. Batterton, 25, 1052 Stewart Drive, was arrested on suspicion of fraudulent use of a credit device.

* Lindsay G. Bloodworth, 24, 827 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an imitation controlled substance with intent to distribute.

* Christopher A. Beal, 23, 909 Hackberry St., No. 210, was arrested on suspicion of assault, burglary, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.

* Aaron D. Landry, 38, 510 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending charges of making a false affidavit, tampering with physical evidence, possession of a marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Randy C. Bradley, 26, 606 S. Silver Springs Road, No. 7, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violations.

* A subject was in custody pending charges of domestic assault and felonious restraint.

* Elizabeth A. Evans, 27, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Derek L. Dover, 29, of St. Louis was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear.

* Tyler J. Pengelly, 26, 1210 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Christopher M. Siebert, 24, 3417 Glenview Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for attempting to obtain a controlled substance.

* David A. Hoffman, 19, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Lonnie D. Reid Jr., 22, 1120 Apache St., Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for driving while suspended.

Summons

* Justin G. Blackmon, 29, 1514 Scott St., received a summons for a declared nuisance.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Laptops and cash were reported stolen at 3014 Aspen Drive.

* Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported two instances of failure to return rental property.

* Jessica Cox, 25, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of posssession of a controlled substance.

* Donald W. Reeves, 36, 2818 Whitener St., No. 3, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Steven R. Hanks Jr., 19, 914 Old Cape Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor.

* Job D.C. Mayes, 23, 914 Old Cape Road, was arrested on suspicion of supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Stephanie L. Ray, 19, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 2600 block of East Main Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 800 block of Dorothy Street.

Miscellaneous

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Rosamund Street.

* A court order violation was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
