• Otis Mattox, 73, of Milwaukee was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license suspended/revoked.

• Jacob Shands, 27, of Marble Hill was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license suspended/revoked and speeding.

• Aliyah Horne, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on two Jefferson County warrants and also issued citation for operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license suspended/revoked and failure to dim headlights.

• Cody Reid, 35, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

DWI

• Bradley Moreland, 41, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle without lights and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 1300 block of Rosebud Drive.

• Theft was reported in the 3000 block of South Old Orchard Road.

• Theft was reported in the 1500 block of Trevino Drive.

• Theft was reported in the 1800 block of Trevino Drive.

• Theft was reported in the 300 block of Elm Street.

• Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
