Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Antonio Johnson, 32, 636 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

* Shadley J. Bigham, 33, 508 Cape Meadows Drive, Apt. 32, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Ruben J. Navarro, 20, 116 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 2, was issued a summons for a noise violation.

* Christopher A. Martin, 27, 1011 N. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for noise violations and revoked operator's license.

* Roosevelt Whitehead Jr., 42, of Murphysboro, Ill., was issued a summons for noise violations.

Assault

* An assault was reported. Jack R. Cunningham, 46, 193 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested in connection with the incident.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Theft

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of fuel.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 406 N. Louisiana St.

* Macy's, 3049 William St., reported a theft of clothing. Angelina L. Liggins, 35, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested in connection with the incident.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 1107 Broadway.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Levi R. Elledge, 30, 194 Sunrise Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock.

* Jason L. Underwood, 30, 820 E. Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication and violation of park curfew.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 2000 block of Bainbridge Road.

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported in the 700 block of Dallas Street.

* Burglary was reported in the 700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
