Cape Girardeau

Arrests
- Paul Edward Davis, Jr., 63, of 1737 Dunklin St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
- A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of endangering the welfare of a child.
- Eric J. Fightmaster, 21, of 428 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for property damage.
- Kacey D. Romans, 20, of 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on Stoddard County warrants for failure to appear.
- Wendy D. Henry, 21, of Lilbourn, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Kmart. A 14-year-old was cited in the same incident.
- Michelle E. Sanders, 48, of Forsyth, Mo., was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant for fraud / insufficient funds.
- Patricia A. Cox, 32, of 1126 N. Spanish Drive., was arrested on three warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for motor vehicle, financial responsbility requirement, immediate notice of accident and stealing.
- Keith W. Smith, 43, of 4077 County Road 553, Jackson, was arrested on a warrant for probation violaton.
Summons
- Frinbrizzo J. Boyd, 17, of 426 S. Hanover St., received a summons for a noise violation.
Theft
- A bicycle was reported stolen at 419 S. Hanover St.
- A flower pot and clock were reported stolen at 2928 Bella Vista Drive.
- CDs and cigarettes were reported stolen at 410 Albert St.
- Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported the theft of a camera.
- Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of rental property.
- A purse was reported stolen at 1105 Linden St.
Burglary
- A burglary was reported at 1172 Wolf Lane.
Property damage
- Property damage was reported in the unit block of Plaza Way.
- Shivelbines, 511 Broadway, reported a box truck damaged.
- The city of Cape Girardeau reported property damage at Water and Independence streets.
- Vehicle damage was reported at 840 S. Ellis St.
- Vehicle damage was reported at 1725 Good Hope St.
- Spray-paint damage to a house was reported at 719 Terrace Drive.

Summons
- Christopher M. Siebert, 22, of 3417 Glenview Drive, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for driving while suspended and failure to maintain insurance.
- Zachary D. Humphrey, 18, 208 Elmwood Blvd., was issued a summons for failure to stop for a red light.
Theft
- A theft was reported in the 800 block of Drew Avenue.
- A theft was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
