  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges for possession with intent to distribute.

Summonses

  • Samantha D. Cruzmarcial, 23, 616 Emerald St., received a summons for littering.

Assault

  • Assault and armed criminal action were reported.

Thefts

  • Stealing and trespassing were reported.
  • Sears Grand, 330 Siemers Drive, reported the theft of a generator.

  • Five boys, ages 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, were cited into juvenile court for property damage.
