- Titus Damarion Brockman, 18, 3001 Themis St., Apt. D, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for resisting arrest.
- Stephen A. Fister, 24, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.
- Eddie R. Moore, 46, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
- Travis Wayne Gibson, 34, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license.
- John Edward Daniels, 38, 302 Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
- Lord Lewis Gwin, 39, 105 Clark Ave., Apt. 301, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and resisting arrest.

- Leonard McAdory, 34, 623 Jefferson Ave. was issued a summons for trespassing.

- A bicycle was reported stolen in the 800 block of Sprigg Street.
Property damage
- Property damage was reported at 20 S. West End Blvd.
- A vehicle was reported damaged and a BlackBerry reported stolen at Kingshighway and Southern Expressway.

- A 29-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
