  • Patrick M. Christian, 22, 1733 Luce St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Titus D. Brockman, 19, 3001 Themis St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and failure to appear for no operator's license.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for resisting arrest.
  • Deborah S. Shaw, 40, 1528 New Madrid St., was arrested on a Reynolds County, Mo., warrant for fraud/insufficient funds.
  • Demetry J. Allen, 27, of Mounds City, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • James L. Walton, 25, of Mounds City, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
  • Leon C. Wilder, 25, of 1005 Linden St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for peace disturbance.
  • Travelle C. Primm, 29, 1335 West Hill Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper registration and expired operator's license.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Lavar N. Pierce, 19, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Ryan N. Tilley, 20, of 1710 N. Sprigg St., No. 302, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and minor in possession of intoxicants.

Summons

  • Darnelus D. Harris, 24, of 1535 N. Main St., was issued a summons for a leash law violation.

Thefts

  • A gold Ford Taurus with no license plates was reported stolen at 443 Marie St.
  • A car battery was reported stolen at 607 Terry Lane.
  • Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • B-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Money and a wallet were reported stolen at 1409 N. Sprigg St.
  • Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kings-highway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 1934 Longview St.
  • Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Whispering Oaks Property Homeowner's Association, County Road 620, reported a theft of connector blocks and wiring to an automatic gate controller.
