Arrests

  • Jeremy C. Jones, 18, 919 Pacific St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing and failure to appear for trespassing and on a Chaffee, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Frank J. Genovese, 41, 203 Franks Lane, was arrested on Marion County warrants for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and an unlicensed vehicle.
  • Stephen Naples II, 29, 203 Franks Lane, was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.
  • Kasha Marie Berrey, 23, 101 Lorimier St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.
  • Henry Lee Williams, 18, 418 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

Summonses

  • William Lee Hodges, Jr., 50, 1418 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.
  • Michael Dean Johnson, 56, 1405 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for unlawful use of a weapon and animal abuse.
