* Theresa R. Vollmer, 19, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway following a motor vehicle accident at Landgraf Drive and Audrey Street.
* Ross C. Tarpley, 22, of Dongola, Ill., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.
* Jerry L. Curry, 44, 218 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Dennie L. Batcher, 27, 606 S. Silver Springs Road, No. 7, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
* Carrie J. Stewart, 31, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested by the Sikeston Department of Public Safety on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Cynthia B. Bradley, 37, 126 Neal Ave., Jackson, was arrested by the Jackson Police Department on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Richard W. Felty, 21, 603 Oak St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
