The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Theresa R. Vollmer, 19, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway following a motor vehicle accident at Landgraf Drive and Audrey Street.

Arrests

* Ross C. Tarpley, 22, of Dongola, Ill., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.

* Jerry L. Curry, 44, 218 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Dennie L. Batcher, 27, 606 S. Silver Springs Road, No. 7, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* Carrie J. Stewart, 31, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested by the Sikeston Department of Public Safety on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Cynthia B. Bradley, 37, 126 Neal Ave., Jackson, was arrested by the Jackson Police Department on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Richard W. Felty, 21, 603 Oak St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Randy A. Noce, 22, 905 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for a leash-law violation and no animal license.

* Stephen D. Flye, 36, 903 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for peace disturbance.

* Adam J. Crigger, 31, 144 S. West End Blvd., received a summons for allowing an animal to defecate on private property.

* Starkeysha N. Banks, 28, 2837 Themis St., No. 6, received a summons for peace disturbance.

* Jim F. Jerls, 36, 843 Jefferson Ave., received a summons for peace disturbance.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Theft

* A license plate was reported stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Golf equipment and other items were reported stolen at 4700 Cords Way.

* A vehicle stereo and MP3 player were reported stolen at 2334 Rusmar St. The passenger window and dashboard molding were reported damaged.

* Three credit cards and a wallet were reported stolen at 816 N. Fountain St.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* A license plate was reported stolen at Bellevue and North Fountain streets.

Burglary

* A burglary and theft were reported.

Miscellaneous

* Cape Girardeau reported that softball fields were damaged by tampering at Arena Park.

* Zachary J. Carpentier, 17, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Matthew D. Christopher, 21, 1332 Spanish St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Steven M. Brannan, 23, 1006 N. Frederick St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Two boys were cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.

* Taylor R. Hastings, 17, 6206 U.S. 61, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Michael J. Weber, 17, 434 Birds Trail, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Four boys were cited into juvenile court for stealing.

* One girl was cited into juvenile court for stealing.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for resisting arrest and property damage.

* A 14-year-old was cited into juvenile court for property damage.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 300 block of Daisy Avenue.

* A theft was reported in the 200 block of Daisy Avenue.

* A theft was reported in the 200 block of Daisy Avenue.

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 1300 block of Brandom Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported on Symphony Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1500 block of Lilac Lane.

* A fraud was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 300 block of Cherry Street.
