The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* David R. Minnick, 20, 536 S. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of nine counts of stealing, fraudulent use of a credit device and forgery.
* Brian B. Reynolds, 44, 105 Clark Ave., Apt. 103, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, assault and property damage.
* Michelle L. Goodman, 24, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 414, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault.
* Chad A. Venson, 33, 1822 Dunklin St., No. 1, was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
* Ripley J. Dillie, 22, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a state warrant for possession of manufactured drugs and failure to appear for a traffic violation.
* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest.
* Christi Lynn Pikey, 36, of Burfordville was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Joshua R. Smith, 18, 430 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing a PlayStation 2, four games and a DVD. The items were later recovered.
* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
* Edward K. Crites, 36, 1900 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of possession of contraband in jail.
* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of fraudulent use of a credit device.
* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of burglary, resisting arrest and making a false declaration.
* Michael J. Melvin, 30, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Butler County warrant for dangerous drugs and failure to appear for not wearing a seat belt.
* Jasmine N. Clark, 19, 500 West Highway 162, Apt. 18, was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing and a ring at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
* Carlita L. Collier, 18, of Cairo, Ill., received a summons for false declaration, speeding and driving while suspended.
* Vanha V. Dinh, 36, 1209 Sailer Circle, received a summons for excessive weed growth.
* Amanda D. Koenig, 22, of Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons for stealing.
* Danielle M. Keith, 1469 Water St., received a summons for leaving the scene of an accident, striking a legally parked vehicle and driving while suspended.
* Cassie D. Martin, 1537 Briarcliff Drive, received a summons for no proof of insurance and failure to yield.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* A third-degree assault was reported.
* Ace Hardware, 1719 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of drain cleaner.
* Attempted identity theft was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* Fred's, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of a comforter set.
* First State Community Bank, 2527 William St., reported check kiting.
* A purse was reported stolen at 2911 Kage Road.
* Two bicycles were reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* Claire's, 3049 William St., reported jewelry being shoplifted. A juvenile was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
* Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported a theft of fuel.
* Discount Smoke Shop, 340 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of alcohol.
* A green 2001 Dodge Neon was reported stolen at 1500 Big Bend Road.
* D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of fuel.
* A camera and cell phone were reported stolen at 601 N. Sprigg St.
* Keys, clothing and a red duffel bag were reported stolen at 1565 N. Kingshighway.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 1717 Perryville Road.
* A theft of money was reported at Taco Bell, 335 N. Kingshighway.
* Keys were reported stolen at 2855 Independence St.
* A burglary and theft of a DVD, a rifle, watches, a money clip, a SIM card and a key were reported stolen at 3020 Boutin Drive.
* A burglary and theft of narcotics was reported at 1236 Bertling St.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 513 S. Frederick St.
* A second-degree burglary and theft of a flat-screen television were reported at 905 Hickory St.
* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported at 416 S. Kingshighway.
* Trespassing was reported at 526 Cape Meadows Circle.
* A peace disturbance was reported at 262 Siemers Drive.
* A 40-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
* A 47-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 26-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 18-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Phone harassment was reported.
* Failure to return rental property was reported by Cape Video, 510 Broadway.

* John D. Gohn, 55, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for exceeding the posted speed limit.
* Mary E. Headrick, 32, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for failure to pay court costs.
* Christopher B. Partridge, 49, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for exceeding the posted speed limit.
* Katelyn H. Exler, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Amber L. Perry, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Robert W. Bayless, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor, possession of amphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* David T. Hahs, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
* Gabriel M. Puls, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of failure to display plates on a motor vehicle and being a visibility intoxicated minor.
* Barbara R. Reese, 43, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
