Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Christopher L. Stults, 117, 3008 Themis St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Chance G. Breese, 18, 537 N. Sprigg St., Apt. D, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Jason B. Oberman, 23, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for resisting arrest and interfering with arrest.
* A subject was arrested pending charges for careless and imprudent driving, failure to stop for stop sign, failure to stop for red light and possession of a controlled substance.
* A subject was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
* Perry L. Harkey, 53, 2300 Big Bend Road, was arrested on suspicion of obstructing a court order and failure to appear for child neglect.
* Melissa A. Myers, 40, of Glenallen, Mo., Stephan P. Meyers, 47, of Marble Hill, Mo., Alan R. Mansker, 46, 1306 Wayne St., were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* Malcolm J. Long, 22, 55 N. Pindwood Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
* Daniel R. Withers, 26, 545 S. Spring Ave., Apt. C, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, careless and imprudent driving, a stop-sign violation and a red-light violation.
* Dwayne D. McClain, 36, of Armstrong, Mo., was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant.
Thefts
* Subway, 246 S. Silver Springs Road, reported a theft of money.
* A purse was reported stolen in the 400 block of Louisiana Avenue.
* Fishing poles and miscellaneous fishing equipment were reported stolen at 701 Broadway.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported at 2850 Larkspur Court. A cell phone charger, purse, cell phone and cash were reported stolen.
Property damage
* An outdoor light was reported broken at 1354 N. Mount Auburn Road.
Miscellaneous
* Exhibition driving was reported.
* A 19-year-old man was placed in custody.
* Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
* Bank of Missouri reported a counterfeiting.
