The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Jason F. Rollins, 31, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Robert L. Henry, 22, 909 Hackberry St., No. 204, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for distribution of a controlled substance.
• Kaysie L. Kelley, 22, 524 Louis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
• A subject was in custody pending charges for possession of marijuana and endangering child welfare.
• Antwone D. Johnson, 28, 2148 Broadway, No. 113, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to appear for insurance identification card required.

Summonses

• Deloise K. Jackson, 27, 615 S. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for a fireworks violation.
• Kyle D. Brown, 19, of Jackson was issued a summons for a noise violation.
• Phil A. Brinson, 40, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for exterior properties.
• David C. Epps, 57, 1200 Belle¿vue St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds, construction railings and materials.

Assaults

• An assault was reported.

Thefts

• Currency was reported stolen at 924 Rodney Vista Blvd.
• Currency was reported stolen at 1512 Kurre Lane.

• A window was reported damaged at 822 Linden St.

• A 30-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• Division of Youth Services, 609 N. Middle St., reported trespassing.
• A 48-year old man was placed in protective custody.
• A 25-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

• Ryan A. Seyer, 33, 2218 County Road 318, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to use signal.
