  • Jason F. Rollins, 31, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Robert L. Henry, 22, 909 Hackberry St., No. 204, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for distribution of a controlled substance.
  • Kaysie L. Kelley, 22, 524 Louis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • A subject was in custody pending charges for possession of marijuana and endangering child welfare.
  • Antwone D. Johnson, 28, 2148 Broadway, No. 113, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to appear for insurance identification card required.

Summonses

  • Deloise K. Jackson, 27, 615 S. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for a fireworks violation.
  • Kyle D. Brown, 19, of Jackson was issued a summons for a noise violation.
  • Phil A. Brinson, 40, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for exterior properties.
  • David C. Epps, 57, 1200 Belle¿vue St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds, construction railings and materials.
