Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Kenneth D. Henderson II, 18, 1124 S. Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended, resisting arrest, careless and imprudent driving and failure to stop at posted sign, and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

* James B. Caywood, 44, of Neosho, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

* Adam Rivers, 56, 1007 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for traffic violation.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for a fireworks violation.

* Larry A. Eaglebear-Tybo, 46, of Ellis Grove, Ill., and Patrick L. Buck, 38, 1108 S. Sprigg St., were arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

* Three girls were cited into juvenile court for curfew violations.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway.

Summonses

* Clemmie L. Lane, 37, 3018 Mimosa Drive, Apt. 1, was issued a summons for noise violation.

* Justin S. Prewitt, 22, of Kennett, Mo., was issued a summons for a fireworks violation.

* Andrew T. Moore, 22, of Greeley, Colo., was issued a summons for a fireworks violation.

* Shane M. Sprouse, 21, 2831 Whitener St., Apt. 2, was issued a summons for resisting arrest.

* John E. Heisserer, 22, 1198 Wolf Lane, was issued a summons for urinating in public and resisting arrest.

Thefts

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 321 S. Spanish St.

* A theft of money was reported at 1731 Huntington Drive.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 1417 Luce St.

* Cape Mart, 102 Mason St., reported a theft of fuel.

* A black bag was reported stolen at 1811 Westridge Drive.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 802 S. Ellis St.

* Clothing, shoes, thermal bag, various paperwork and Bibles were reported stolen at 210 Christine St.

Property damage

* An air conditioner and house were reported damaged at 907 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

* A 62-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* TNT Fireworks reported a counterfeit $100 bill.

* Sexual misconduct was reported.

* A peace disturbance was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Assault

* An assault was reported on Cascade Drive.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 4600 block of Old Cape Road.

* Property damage was reported at East Jackson Boulevard and Wedekind Street.

Miscellaneous

* A disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Tracy Street.

* A disturbance was reported on Optimist Hill Drive.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1600 block of Greensferry Road.

* A peace disturbance was reported on Optimist Hill Drive.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of West Main Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported on Eagle Drive.

* Harassment was reported in the 2500 block of Stotler Way.

* Harassment was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 100 block of East Park Street.
