- A subject was in custody pending charges for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right side of the road.

- A 14-year-old juvenile was cited in juvenile court.
- A 14-year-old boy was cited in juvenile court for a fireworks violation.
- Jamisha A. Alexander, 22, 909 Hackberry St., Apt. 110, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
- Darrell L. Dodson, 20, 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive, No. 7, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
- Terrell E. Reynolds, 31, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.

- James E. D. Hayden, 30, 3824 Whitener St., was issued a summons for resisting lawful detention.
- Joshua W. Floyd, 21, 600 N. Fountain St., was issued a summons for trespassing.

- Furniture and jewelry were reported stolen and a plant stand, carpet, walls, door and frame were reported damaged at 1942 Delwin St.
