Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• A subject was in custody pending charges for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right side of the road.

Arrests

• A 14-year-old juvenile was cited in juvenile court.
• A 14-year-old boy was cited in juvenile court for a fireworks violation.
• Jamisha A. Alexander, 22, 909 Hackberry St., Apt. 110, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
• Darrell L. Dodson, 20, 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive, No. 7, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
• Terrell E. Reynolds, 31, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.

Summonses

• James E. D. Hayden, 30, 3824 Whitener St., was issued a summons for resisting lawful detention.
• Joshua W. Floyd, 21, 600 N. Fountain St., was issued a summons for trespassing.
• Jajuan D. Bell, 19, 403 S. Hanover St., was issued a summons for a fireworks violation.

Assault

• An assault was reported.

Thefts

• Identity theft was reported.
• Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported stealing by fraud.
• Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
• Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
• A bicycle was reported stolen at 705 S. Pacific St.
• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Furniture and jewelry were reported stolen and a plant stand, carpet, walls, door and frame were reported damaged at 1942 Delwin St.

Property damage

• Cape Boys Youth Baseball league reported property damage and stealing.

• A 41-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• A 50-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• A 33-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• A 28-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• Endangering child welfare was reported.
• Walgreens, 1 S. Kingshighway, reported an attempt to fraudulently obtain a controlled substance.
