* Cedric R. Rucker, 26, 101 S. Pacific St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for peace disturbance.
* Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* Macy's, 100 West Park Mall, reported a theft of merchandise. Mary E. Headrick, no age given, of Jackson was arrested in connection with the incident.
* A wallet and cash were reported stolen at 701 Watkins Drive.
* Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* A domestic assault was reported at 204 Park Drive.
* A third-degree assault was reported at 849 S. Kingshighway.
* A domestic assault was reported at 204 Park Drive.
* A domestic assault was reported at 1751 Independence St.
* An assault was reported.
* A burglary was reported at 905 Hickory St.
* Property damage was reported at 1526 N. Spanish St.
* Chalk drawn on the river wall mural was reported at Themis and Water streets.
* A request for service was reported at 289 S. Broadview St.
* A 41-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Littering was reported at Broadway and Pacific Street.

* Robert J. Wilson, 23, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive in a single lane and failure to have insurance.
* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
* A theft was reported on West Washington Street.
* A theft was reported on Optimist Hill.
* An assault was reported in the 200 block of Tracy Street.
* An assault was reported at North Union and Luetje streets.
* Property damage was reported in the 1000 block of Clark Street.
* A request for keeping the peace was reported in the 600 block of East Adams Street.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of West Ridge Lane.
