The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI: Philip Brennan Smith, 432 Black, Chaffee, was issued a summons Friday for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Ricky Alan Nance, 38, Route RA, Chaffee, was issued a summons Friday for driving while intoxicated.

Threasa Dianne Stallings, 45, 729 Themis St., was issued a summons Friday for trespassing.

Evan Scott Batterton, 22, 721 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons Friday for third-degree assault.

Theft: Rebar stakes were reported stolen Friday from 304 N. Middle St.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway.

Checks were reported taken Friday from 1335 Amblewood Drive. The victim also reported a forgery.

Gasoline was reported stolen Friday from Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St.
