Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Dustin S. Stokes, 25, 2522 Ranchito Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Walter R. Doughten, 46, of Holcomb, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of charges for peace disturbance.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of charges for domestic assault.

* Shanta K. Bell, 24, of Ullin, Ill., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for improper registration.

* Deandre M. Tipler, 18, 476 Green Acres Drive, was arrested on a warrant.

Summons

* Keyth R. Dawson, 16, 519 N. Middle St., received a summons for prohibited acts, noise violation.

Thefts

* A 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo was reported stolen at 618 Ferguson Drive. The vehicle was later recovered.

* A license plate was reported stolen at South Sprigg Street and Southern Expressway.

* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.

* A robbery was reported.

* An Xbox was reported stolen at 911 S. Pacific St.

Miscellaneous

* A noise violation was reported at 312 Bellevue St.

* Forgery was reported.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Dustin W. Turner, 27, 122 S. Bellevue St., Apt. 6, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* Darrin W. Wendel, 34, 914 Old Cape Road, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* Joshua Musch, 27, 914 Old Cape Road, was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for larceny.

Summons

* Taylor C. Pierce, 18, 2812 Hilltop Drive, was issued a summons for property damage.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.

Miscellaneous

* A fight in progress was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Washington Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 500 block of North Hope Street.

* A court order violation was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.

* Dustin Ryan F. Mayfield, 23, of Kirksville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of aggravated stalking.
