  • Benjamin F. Rawlins, 22, 6 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
  • Elton L. Kassel, 21, 319 N. Park Ave., Apt. 182, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and property damage.
  • Charles C. Jackson, 21, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on an Illinois warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for an ex parte violation.
  • Destany J. Hale, 24, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper lane usage, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for curfew violation.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges of domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon, possession with intent to distribute more than 35 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
  • Thomas P. Klockenkemper, 41, 2824 Themis St., Apt. 6, was arrested on suspicion of violating order of protection.
  • John R. Miller, 29, 2818 Whitener St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to pay fine and cost for failure to appear for probation revocation.
  • Felicia A. Houart, 24, 1026 Bloomfield St., was arrested on two Dunklin County warrants for failure to appear for passing bad checks and nonsupport.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges of driving while revoked and failing to restrain a child.
  • Susan M. Lowe, 32, 726 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
  • Nicole E. Mather, 20, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 313, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for resisting arrest, peace disturbance and assault.
  • Crystal L. Dobbs, 31, 1915 Grandview Drive, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.
