Arrests
- Edward E. Sutton, 26, of 7 N. Park Ave., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for no operators license, no seat belt, failure to yield, no insurance, and no child restraint.
- Two boys were placed in custody on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of domestic assault and stealing.
- Brent A. Ellis, 27, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt.
- James J. Dennis, 63, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for speeding and driving on a suspended license.
- Jayon L. Jones, 23, of 70 Sheridan St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
- Andrew J. O'Neal, 23, of 439 Broadway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
- Melvin Neal, 50, of 419 S. Hanover St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for no operator's license and improper registration.
- Deborah A. Kinder, 65, of 38 N. Henderson Ave., Apt. B, was arested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for traffic offenses.
- Travis J. Moore, 35, of Horn Lake, Miss., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
- Cathryn L. Maya, 37, of 1824 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended license.
- A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

- Anthony M. Brown, 22, of 535 S. Benton St., received a summons for fleeing lawful detention.
- Mira N. Pupe, 20, of 3982 Scenic Drive, received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol and speeding.

- Cape Girardeau Honda, 305 Siemers Drive, reported a theft of cash.
- Kiefner Brothers Inc., 817 S. Mount Auburn Road, reported a theft of a drill.
- Rent One Store No. 57 reported two incidents of failure to return rental property.
Property damage
- A storm door was reported damaged at 522 S. Ellis St.
- A mail box post was reported damaged at 2400 Albert Rasche Drive.
Miscellaneous
- Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
- Failure to maintain property free of high weeds was reported.
- A 45-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
- A 25-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

- Travis S. Licare, 21, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to obey judge's orders and contempt of court.
- Sean A. Dietrich, 32, of Scott City, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for non-support.
- Patrick S. Moyers, 32, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Girardeau County warrant for fraudulent use of a credit card, possession of methamphetamine precursor, and resisting arrest.
