DWI

  • Robert Ryan Doty, 23, 1969 Dunklin St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended, failure to maintain a single lane, failure to stop at a stop sign and no proof of insurance.

Arrests

  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges of stealing a Cadillac Fleetwod that was later recovered.

Summonses

  • Elie Lee Payne, 20, 317 S. Hanover St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts at 220 S. West End Blvd.
  • Tiana Shon Fleming, 24, 1000 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.

Burglary

  • Second-degree burglary was reported at 616 Emerald St., Apt. C. A Kodak camera, a printer, an Xbox game system and DVDs were reported stolen in the incident.

Thefts

  • Two Rockford Fosgate amplifiers, 12-inch subwoofers and a Planet Audio in-dash DVD/LCD screen were reported stolen at 2814 Whitener St.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kings­highway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A wallet was reported stolen at 353 S. Kingshighway.
  • A Ditch Witch locator was reported stolen by Eastern Missouri Industries at Independence and Pacific streets.
  • Medication was reported stolen at 1723 Broadway.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 2136 William St.
  • Two cell phones, a Visa card and a Social Security card were reported stolen at 1116 Ranney Ave.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 1105 Linden St., Apt. 405.
  • A purse was reported stolen at 3038 Westfield Drive, Apt. 112.
  • A green "Next" Bicycle was reported stolen at 422 Bellevue St., Apt. A.
