The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Alexis A. Wicks, 20, 317 Albert St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Darcell C. Moore, 22, 1080 S. Ellis St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for 13 incidents of failure to appear.

* Darrell L. Dodson, 21, 4730 County Road 324, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Jennifer L. Biler, 409 Mildred St., Scott City, received a summons for having no proof of insurance and an expired temporary license plate.

* Wendy M. Adamso of Dayton, Ohio, received a summons for driving without insurance.

Assaults

* Three incidents of domestic assault were reported.

* An assault was reported, and a juvenile was cited into juvenile court in connection with the incident.

* A first-degree assault was reported.

* A second-degree assault was reported.

Thefts

* Kidd's Gas and Convenience Store, 1325 Broadway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kings­highway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* First Pentecostal Church, 3054 Lexington Ave., reported the theft of a license plate.

* CDs, a guitar and papers were reported stolen at 333 N. Frederick St., Apt. 103.

* Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* A stereo was reported stolen from a vehicle at 904 N. Fountain St.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Electronic equipment and sunglasses were reported stolen from a vehicle at 1851 Lawanda St.

Miscellaneous

* A 23-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Fraud was reported.

* An abandoned vehicle was reported at Riverview Drive and Hill Street, and a burgundy 1997 Ford Explorer was towed in connection with the incident.

* A noise violation was reported. A subject is in custody pending formal charges in connection with the incident.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Robert E. Krerowicz, 28, 1420 Old Cape Road, Apt. D, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a summons for speeding in connection with the arrest.

Arrests

* Brittany R. Hanks, 19, 919 S. Pacific St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* Beau D. Nobles, 18, 509 Blanche St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Jesse L. Knauss, 17, 3099 E. Main St., received summonses for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license and for failure to display headlights.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 1500 block of Bel-Air Drive.

* A theft was reported in the 700 block of Morgan Street.

* A theft was reported on Optimist Hill Drive.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 2300 block of Bainbridge Road.

Miscellaneous

* A request to check well being was reported in the 800 block of Brown Street.
