Cape Girardeau
The following items were reported by the Cape Girardeau Police department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Todd L. Williams, 35, of 701 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole absconder.
- Timothy D. Wilson Sr., of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Charleston, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for prohibited noise.
- Billy R. Fowler, 34, of Scott City, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for no proof of insurance and driving while intoxicated.
- Shane M. White, 21, of 219 S Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.
- Samual D. Arbuckle, 45, of Carbondale, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of a probation violation.
Summonses
- Bryan E. Bryzycki, 32, of 935 William St., received a summons for indecent exposure.
- David D. McNeely, 24, of 1222 S. Pacific St.,received a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
- Steven L. Maevers, 53, of 2801 Bloomfield Road, received a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
- Jessica C. Connelly, 22, of 3035 Themis St., Apt. D, received a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
Assaults
- Eric C. Gardner, 37, of 421 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
- Second-degree assault was reported.
- Bryan D. Mcdowell, 25, of 1122 Big Bend Road, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for domestic assault and being a parole absconder.
Thefts
- The theft of a CD player/AM/FM radio was reported at 1100 N. Spanish St.
- The theft of a laptop computer, camera, key, iPod, cash, credit cards and TV was reported at 711 Penny Ave.
- A wallet was reported stolen at 701 Broadway.
- The theft of a PlayStation 2, DVD player and computer games was reported at 431 Olive St., Apt. 1.
- A wallet, cash and credit cards were reported stolen at 205 Caruthers Ave.
Property damage
- Tampering with motor vehicle was reported.
Miscellaneous
- A 49-year-old woman was reported missing.

Summons
- Jessica L. Yarbro, 20, of 808 Rodney Dr., Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.
Thefts
- A theft was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
- A theft was reported in the 600 block of East Adams Street.
Assault
- An assault was reported in the 1300 block of South Farmington Road.
Miscellaneous
- A fireworks violation was reported in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.
