* Patricia J. Nissen, 44, 555 N. Spring Ave., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Two boys were cited for curfew violations.
* A subject was arrested on suspicion of armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon and discharging a firearm while intoxicated.
* A subject was arrested on suspicion of sexual misconduct.
* Kimmie D. Rogers, 35, address not given, was arrested on a Laclede County, Mo., warrant for bad checks.
* Sumner L. Harris, 35, 1017 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for sexual assault.
* Richard D. Cason, 30, 818 Themis St., Apt. 101, was issued a summons for indecent exposure.
* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.
* Medication and a cell phone charger were reported stolen at 107 N. West End Blvd.
* Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of bank bag and money.
* A wallet and cash were reported stolen at 1338 Ashland Hills Drive.
* A burglary was reported at 1905 Northbridge drive. Sunglasses and an iPod were reported stolen.
* A trailer door was reported damaged at 3020 Boutin Drive, Lot 136.
* A 52-year-old woman was placed in custody.
* A 55-year-old woman was placed in custody.
The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Kyla B. Wills, 18, 2976 Breckenridge Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, being a minor in possession of alcohol and improper lane usage.
* Melissa A. Lane, 23, 1611 Rosebud Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
* Caleb J. Yount, 19, 220 Henderson St., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Property damage was reported in the 100 block of South High Street.
* Harassment was reported in the 100 block of Tracy Street.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of West Adams Street.
