DWI

  • Ronald M. Brumback, 56, of 423 Marroseann Drive, No. 13, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Brody W. Evans, 28, 1901 Big Bend Road, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Anthony Brown Jr., 20, 905 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for prohibited acts, noise disturbance.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for trafficking, crack cocaine, marijuana, endangering the welfare of a child and resisting by flight.
  • Regina Davis, 35, of Hayti, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to keep property free of litter, animal neglect and failure to remove dead animals.
  • Timothy Wilson, 36, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for prohibited acts.
  • Ronald S. Middleton, 43, of Kansas City, Kan., was arrested on a Foristell, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

Summons

  • Trent D. Williams, 20, 130 S. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for property damage.

Thefts

  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kings¿highway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A credit card was reported stolen at 132 N. Main St.
  • U-Kwik Stop, 1702 Broadway, reported a theft of gasoline.
