The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Wade A. Moore, 41, 426 East Lane, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Joseph E. Dockery, 47, 1964 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a Paducah, Ky., warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation and driving while revoked.
* Jaymond R. Palacio, 20, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court and an Illinois warrant for a probation violation.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
* Devon Dashon Johnson, 19, 2040 Broadway, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.
* Jacques Pierre Delisle, 33, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and domestic assault.
* Robert Lewis Blackmon, 58, 1514 Scott St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Tina Marie Marlow, 52, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.
* Allison M. Montgomery, 28, 2780 Lynwood Hills Drive, received a summons for trespassing.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* An assault was reported.
* Construction tools were reported stolen on Walden Drive.
* A GPS unit, jewelry, cameras and a diaper bag were reported stolen.
* Money was reported stolen at 1101 William St.
* Cliff's Rent to Own, 612 Morgan Oak St., reported rented or leased household goods unreturned.
* A rake, shovel, cross saw, jewelry and oxygen bottles were reported stolen at 414 Washington Ave.
* A laptop and charger were reported stolen at 212 S. Lorimier St.
* A window was reported broken at Bethany Baptist Church, 1712 S. Randol Ave.
* Vehicle tires were reported slashed at 210 S. Hanover St.
* A 41-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Trespassing was reported at 3023 Wisteria Lane.
* Possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia were reported.
* JB Properties, 2103 Themis St., reported fraud.
