The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, operating a motor vehicle without ignition interlock, failure to drive on right half of roadway and a stop-sign violation.
  • Lauriann Pruitt, 47, 1305 Broadway, Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while revoked.

Arrests

  • Devon J. Moser, 17, of Fulton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Dera B. Perry, 18, 1005 N. Middle St., Apt. E, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for being a minor in possession.
  • Gregory L. Jenkins, 40, 920 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for nonsupport.
  • Charles E. Starks, 32, 2723 Hawthorne St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary.
  • Roy L. Jones, 30, 3353 Old Route V, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for assault and being beyond parental control.

Thefts

  • A second-degree robbery was reported at William and Benton streets. Cash and a bicycle were reported stolen.
  • Imo's, 1201 Broadway, reported a theft of pizza.
  • Alpha Xi Delta, 1000 Towers Circle, reported a theft of Cardinals tickets.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A computer was reported stolen in the 300 block of South Ellis Street.

Miscellaneous

  • A request for service was reported.
  • A fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 3440 Lowes Drive.
  • A 43-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Theft

  • A theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

  • Harassing phone calls were reported in the 600 block of West Adams Street.
