DWI

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding, driving without a license and operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device when required.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* Daniel Adam Mory, 21, 210 S. Hanover St., was arrested on an Arnold, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for a nonmoving traffic violation.

* Deandre Cortez Whalen, 20, 1013 Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Corris A. Tabb, 51, 223 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Jesus C. Cruz, 17, 105 Clark Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

* Gregory E. Welter, 36, of Advance, Mo., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.

* Jamie L. Alford, 23, 209 Camellia Drive, was arrested on a Madison County warrant for contempt of court.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

* Forgery was reported.

* Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported.

* A 39-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
