- James A. Baker, 19, 1462 Price Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to signal.
Arrests
- Alexander Kyle Walker, 23, 618 North St., Apt. 202, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.
- Ophelia Smith, 44, 814 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of controlled substance (three counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Theodore I. Stucker, 25, 620 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
- A 12-year-old was cited in juvenile court for possession of fireworks by a minor.
- Erica S. Emanuel, 29, 715 S. Pacific St., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for a traffic charge.
- Chant D. Long, 423 Marroseann Drive, Apt. 15, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
- Michaela E. Saffold, 24, 621 Good Hope St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession with intent to distribute.
- Shawn M. Varro, 18, 3833 Fawn Drive., was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for weapons violation.
- James Foggie III, 42, 546 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
- Zechariah Lee James, 20, 1014 Merriwether St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
