- Michael S. Kuehn, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of minor in possession of liquor.
- James A. Welsh Jr., 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and suspicion of driving while intoxicated
- Andrew J. Turner, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Miner, Mo., police warrant for failure to appear for driving with an expired license and possession of a controlled substance.
- Cari L. Watkins, 27, of Valley Park, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
- Jeremiah, M. Oats, 19, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Randy J. Amelunke, 23, of Whitewater was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and for stealing a motor vehicle.
