  • Amy R. Moore, 32, 1531 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Michelle L. Holman, 33, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Durand A. Richardson, 40, 333 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Giardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines.
  • Wardell Coleman, 37, 1531 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Mac S. Sadler, 23, 2838 Independence St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for property damage.
  • Martin R. Aide, 20, 418 S. Spring Ave., Apt. F, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
  • Denise A. Parrow, 31, 915 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for assault and failure to yield to emergency vehicle.
  • Joanne J. Smith, 35, 816 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to obey lawful order and parked causing obstruction.
  • A subject is in custody pending filing of charges of burglary.

  • Robert O Swan, 74, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.
  • Cody A. Mayes, 18, 1347 Karen Drive, was issued a summons for noise disturbance.
  • Sheri M. Jackson, 30, 500 Louis St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.

Thefts

  • A flower planter was reported stolen at 1325 Kenwood Drive.
  • Identity theft was reported.
  • Money was reported stolen at 2535 Marsha Kay Drive.
  • A wallet was reported stolen at 901 Cape Rock Drive.
  • Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A green bicycle, DVD movies, DVD player, toy box and cosmetics were reported stolen at 3033 Patriot Drive.
  • A camera and memory cards were reported stolen at 3030 N. Church St.
  • A purse was reported stolen at 1105 Broadway.
  • A cooler was reported stolen at 517 S. Minnesota St.
  • Owens Realty, 1928 Delwin St., reported a theft of washing machine and dryer.

Property damage

n A car hood was reported damaged at 1701 Lacey St.

  • A car hood, fender and trunk were reported damaged at 1751 Independence St.

  • Fraud was reported in the 2800 block of Old Orchard Road.
  • Fraud was reported in the 600 block of North High Street.
  • Disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Kies Avenue.
  • An intoxicated person was reported in the 400 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Arrests

  • Neil R. Urhahn, 29, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary and trespassing.
  • Michael S. Kuehn, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of minor in possession of liquor.
  • James A. Welsh Jr., 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and suspicion of driving while intoxicated
  • Andrew J. Turner, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Miner, Mo., police warrant for failure to appear for driving with an expired license and possession of a controlled substance.
  • Cari L. Watkins, 27, of Valley Park, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Jeremiah, M. Oats, 19, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Randy J. Amelunke, 23, of Whitewater was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and for stealing a motor vehicle.
