CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrest does not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Timothy E. Lipe, 56, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for health-safety.
• Devon L.V. Neal, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Probation & Parole District 22 warrant for resisting arrest.
• Brendon J. Sheppard, 26, of St. Peters, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary, first-degree property damage and stealing.
• Ashley N. McGuirk, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and 11 counts of forgery.
• Jerry R. Schweain, 61, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of first-degree property damage and third-degree domestic assault.
• Christoper L. Klughart, 42, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to obey judge's orders for driving while revoked/suspended.
