Arrests

  • Adam B. Grimes, 39, and Christopher L. Hitch, 43, both of 215 Mason St., were arrested on suspicion of having a disorderly house.
  • Robert T. Davisson, 35, 1400 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, failure to signal, failure to stop at a stop sign and resisting arrest.
  • Marcus M. Wheeler, 29, of Stone Mountain, Ga., was arrested on suspicion of assault and stealing.
  • Clifford P. Beckerman, 39, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
  • Keith L. Baines, 45, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for stealing.
  • Carol E. Moore, 44, 22 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for no operator's license and no insurance.
  • Tarshish R. Nelson, 33, 1030 Village Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines.

Summons

  • Ashley M. Erlbacher, 19, 490 Silverado Trail, was issued a summons for unlawful use of a license.

Thefts

  • Identity theft was reported.
  • A computer, bag and check were reported stolen at 3265 William St.
  • Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Mollie's, 11 S. Spanish St., reported a theft of a wall clock.
  • Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • U Kwick Stop, of 1702 Broadway, reported a theft of gasoline.

Property damage

  • Vehicle damage was reported at 511 Bellevue St.
