The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Raymond L. Pulliam Jr., 23, 1831 College St., was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

Arrests

* Thomas Wiley Jr., 47, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County Sheriff's Department warrant for failure to appear for a false declaration.

* Christopher Paul Schenk, 23, 1032 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Thomas W. Norfolk, 32, of Old Appleton was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for peace disturbance and resisting arrest.

* Richard E. Geiger, 35, 502 Elm St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for nonsupport.

* James D. Noland, 49, 1110 Bloomfield St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for littering.

* Anthony R. Brown, Jr., 22, 312 W. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.

* Ariel Alvarez-Rodriguez, 46, 217 Parkwood Ave., No. 68, was arrested for suspicion of driving without a license and insurance.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* A cell phone and purse were reported stolen at 611 S. West End Blvd.

* An iPod was reported stolen at 1710 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 406.

* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of alcohol.

* A 2008 black Ford Edge was reported stolen at 106 Donald St. The vehicle was recovered.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported shoes, clothing and miscellaneous items stolen. Kaley K. Valdez, 25, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the incident.

* A purse and a swimsuit were reported stolen at 3439 William St.

Burglary

* A burglary and the theft of an Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, television, video games and a telephone were reported at 413 N. Frederick St.

* A burglary was reported at 1480 Parkview Drive.

Property damage

* Budget Inn, 1448 N. Kingshighway, reported a wall damaged.

Miscellaneous

* A request for service was reported.

* Child molestation was reported.

* A 40-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 52-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
