  • Chelsea N. Hawn, 23, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for two counts of failure to appear.
  • Elizabeth A. Pennington, 24, of Steele, Mo., was arrested on a Carroll County warrant for failure to appear and a Chilicothe City warrant for failure to appear.
  • Issac J. Johnson, 51, 1506 West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau City warrant and Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Assault

n Second-degree domestic assault was reported.

  • Third-degree domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

  • Cash and electronic equipment were stolen at 1809 Paul Revere Drive.
  • Cash and a check book were reported stolen at 2826 Whitener St.
  • A burglary took place at 709 Pacific St.
