The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, no insurance and failure to use hand signals.

* Justin M. White, 17, 1054 Dorothy St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, striking a parked vehicle, driving without a license and leaving the scene of an accident.

Arrests

* Brittany R. Sutton, 21, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of robbery, prostitution and possession of a controlled substance.

* Demarquis M. Gill, 26, 605 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of patronizing prostitution.

* Keitric D. Carter, 26, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license.

* Kyle P. Glastetter, 20, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* James D. Noland, 49, 1110 Bloomfield St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for littering.

* Casey J. Livingston, 21, 1336 Wayne St., Brett M, Lamont, 21, 1336 Wayne St., and Austin L. Marvel, 21, 504 Terry Lane, were arrested on suspicion of interfering with arrest and trespassing.

Summonses

* Athisha R. King, 37, of Plano, Texas, was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of high weeds

* Raymond L. Robinson, 29, 112 S. Lorimier St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash and litter.

* Billy Don Cambron Jr., 31, 2312 Lombardo Drive, was issued a summons for a barking dog.

Thefts

* A CD player faceplate was reported stolen at 2509 Horseshoe Ridge.

* A scooter was reported stolen at 825 North St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 1426 Themis St.

* Denny's, 161 West Drive, reported food stolen.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* A TV and PlayStation 3 were reported stolen at 1528 Dunklin St.

* A Rubbermaid tub and clothing were reported stolen at 505 N. Kingshighway.

* A Nike bag, wallet, money, tennis shoes and a cell phone were reported stolen at 1565 N. Kingshighway.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1565 N. Kingshighway.

* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported two incidents of stolen fuel.

* A laptop and an IdeaPad were reported stolen at 3133 Themis St.

* A barbecue grill was reported stolen at 909 Hackberry St.

* A robbery was reported.

Burglary

* A safe was reported broken into at 1311 Themis St. Medication, money and miscellaneous papers were reported stolen.

* Christ Episcopal Church, 101 N. Fountain St., reported a window damaged and a money case stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A 27-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* A 26-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Child molestation was reported.

* A 61-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
