The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Yolanda C. Betts, 35, 624 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A subject was arrested pending charges for trespassing.

* Ryan W. Schaefer, 22, of Jonesboro, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

* Shawn P. Williams, 27, of St. Louis was arrested on a Perry County warrant for speeding.

* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court for receiving stolen property and curfew violations.

* A 13-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

Summonses

* Aundra D. Wren, no age given, 608 Sycamore Circle, Apt. 2, was issued a summons for noise violation.

* Pablo D. Bartolini, 27, 137 S. Spanish St., was issued a summons for trespassing.

* Ricky L. Nanney, 27, of Jackson and Ryan W. Richardson, 22, 417 County Road 606, were issued summonses for public consumption of alcohol.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported.

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Medications were reported stolen at 312 W. Lorimier St.

Miscellaneous

* Impersonation, possession of a controlled substance and fraudulent attempt to obtain a controlled substance was reported.

* A robbery was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Kevin T. Fornkohl, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of vehicular assault, endangering the welfare of a child, property damage and peace disturbance.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 300 block of Westridge Drive.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 600 block of West Main Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 1400 block of Boxwood Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of High Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Rosamund Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
