Arrests

* Christopher Leon Sparks, 25, 610 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for a probation violation for suspended operator's license.

* Danielle Nichole Hagan, 21, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance.

* Subjects were in custody pending formal charges of robbery, prostitution, patronizing prostitution and possession of marijuana.

* Brian Allen Speers, 26, homeless, was arrested on a Missouri warrant for absconding parole.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing and possession of a controlled substance.

* Elizabeth Ann Cross, 31, 103 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on a Missouri warrant for a probation violation.

* Samanta Dawn Petrie, 17, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Christopher O'Kelly, no age or address given, was arrested on a warrant for trespassing and three counts of assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges in connection with vehicle tires reported cut at 45 S. West End Blvd.

Summonses

* Erika Anna Downar, 42, 28 N. Fountain St., received a summons for assault.

* Aprilann Marie Ryan, 30, 28 N. Fountain St., received a summons for assault.

* Zachary Todd Edward, 19, of St. Peters, Mo., received a summons for prohibited acts, noise, and no proof of insurance.

* Jeffrey Holtmeier, no age or address given, received a summons for indecent exposure.

* Molly N. Broughton, 19, of Jackson was issued a summons for trespassing.

* Jacob R. Napier, 18, 1415 N. Clark Ave, was issued a summons for trespassing.

* John R. Robinson, 19, 1839 Recardo Drive, was issued a summons for trespassing.

* Justin L. White, 19, 1111 Landgraf Drive, was issued a summons for trespassing.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Shell Dmart, 3415 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A wallet, cell phone and money were reported stolen at 924 Rodney Vista Blvd.

* An iPod was reported stolen at 2001 N. Kingshighway.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 555 N. Spring Ave.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A theft was reported at 107 S. Park Ave.

* Medication was reported stolen at 8820 N. Sprigg St.

* Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported a rented laptop not returned.

* Money was reported stolen at 1721 Cape Meadows Circle.

* Second-degree burglary was reported at 230 N. Ellis St. Two laptop computers, a television and an Xbox were reported stolen.

* A door was reported damaged at 417 S. Benton St.

* A vehicle was reported spray painted at 2777 Lynwood Hills Drive.

* A vehicle was reported scratched at 807 Perry Ave.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1121 Good Hope St.

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 406 S. Spring St.

* Damage to a vehicle and the theft of a license plate was reported at 2806 Independence St.

Miscellaneous

* Child endangerment was reported.

* A peace disturbance was reported at 2136 William St.
