* Marvin R. Garrett, 40, 709 S. Ellis St., Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.
* A subject is in custody pending charges for driving while intoxicated, speeding and no seat belt.
* Benjamin F. Rawlins, 23, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* John H. Harris II, 26, 805 S. Sprigg St., and Steven J. Miller, 30, 2700 Pioneer Drive, Apt. 159, were arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, resisting arrest, assault on a law enforcement officer and interfering with arrest.
* Tristen D. Lipps, 22, 523 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Isaac J. Powers, 18, 906 Aspen Drive, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
* Rebecca M. Golden, 34, 818 Themis St., Apt. 203, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, failure to stop at a sign and driving while revoked.
* Gregory Thomas Jr., 28, 816 Themis St., Apt. 101, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
* A subject is in custody pending charges for domestic assault, stealing and property damage.
* A subject is in custody pending charges for trespassing.
* Quionton W. Headrick, 43, 1927 Merriwether St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.
* Kevin L. Terry, 43, 520 Amethyst St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Robert R. Doty, 24, 1969 Delwin St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.
* Steven N. Spurgeon, 53, 338 S. Ellis St. was issued a summons for trespassing.
* Earl E. Bennett, 45, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain property.
* Rebecca B. Ogborn, 67, 1339 Ashland Hills Drive, was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.
* Steven R. Ireland, 29, 2513 Albert Rasche Drive, was issued a summons for failure to maintain property.
* Donald R. Powell, 54, 1754 Pemiscot St., was issued a summons for having an animal at large.
* A domestic assault was reported.
* An assault was reported.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of alcohol.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of fuel.
* Bi-State Southern, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.
* A digital camera and MP3 player were reported stolen at 303 S. Hanover St.
* A burglary was reported at 410 Washington St. A picture was reported stolen.
* Immediate Health Care, 1702 N. Kingshighway, reported a burglary and a theft of medical equipment.
The Jackson Police Department released the following items.
* A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A theft was reported in the 1800 block of Bainbridge Road.
