Arrests

  • Floyd G. Wiseman, 44, 627 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage.
  • Randy L. Robinson, 31, 605 Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, driving while suspended and no insurance.
  • Robert N. Norris, 36, of Joplin, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Christina M. Reed, 29, of Potosi, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for speeding and seat belt violation.
  • Leonard Macadory, 35, 623 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

  • A leash-law violation was reported.
  • Keith T. McDowell, 23, 914 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for noise control.
  • Latroy L. Mcintosh, 25, of Cairo, Ill., was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Theft

  • Money was reported stolen at 113 Monterra St.

  • An assault was reported.
  • An assault and robbery were reported.

  • Property damage and assault were reported.
  • A battery was reported stolen and a patio damaged at 1416 William St.
  • Tires were reported slashed at 1710 N. Sprigg St.
  • Vinyl siding was reported damaged at 123 Albert St.
  • Vehicle glass was reported broken at 1934 Delwin St.
  • A window was reported broken at 300 Mill St.

Miscellaneous

  • Sexual abuse was reported.
  • Interference with custody was reported.
  • A 17-year-old girl was placed in protective custody.
