The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Edward E. Cureton, 19, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing and failure to appear.
* Troy D. Williams, 29, 233 N. Middle St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Missouri warrant for probation violation.
* Jennifer L. Morgan, 28, 921 Linden St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
* Charles E. Jordan, 39, of Arnold, Mo., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for assault.
* A subject is in custody pending formal charges for assault.
* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court.

* Michael D. Johnson, 19, 108 Lexington Ave., No. 8, received a summons for trespassing.
* Coad Chevrolet, 517 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of a vehicle.
* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of merchandise. Melinda C. Larkins, no age given, of Charleston, Mo., received a summons in connection with the complaint.
* Electronic goods were reported stolen from 37 N. Henderson Ave.
* Electronic goods were reported stolen from 715 North St.
* Stevie's Steak Burger, 600 Broadway, reported a stolen sign.
* A credit card was reported stolen at 100 West Park Mall.
* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft. James J. Carter, 21, 1007 S. Pacific St., was arrested in connection with the incident.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported at theft of gasoline.
* A 1994 green Ford Escort with Missouri license plates DE8-G2N was reported stolen at 601 N. Sprigg St.
* A briefcase, laptop, mouse, charger and CDs were reported stolen at 132 N. Main St.
* A burglary and theft of a billfold were reported at 1822 Rampart St.
* A burglary and theft of a TV and DVD player were reported at 921 Hackberry St.
* A burglary was reported at 526 Cape Meadows Circle.
* A burglary and damage to a filing cabinet were reported at 818 Grant St.
* An air conditioner was reported damaged at 3730 Old Hopper Road.
* A 38-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Unlawful possession of a concealable firearm was reported.
* Cape Video, 510 Broadway, reported failure to return rental property.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
* A 45-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
The following item was released by the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety.
Theft
* A Viewsonic 37-inch television, a Magnavox DVD player and Peerless HG Universal base were reported stolen from Henderson Hall.
