* Terrance E. Smith, 22, 321 S. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Gary D. Williams, 24, 3022 Mimosa Drive, Apt. 9, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
* Mary A. Burton, 52, 535 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 3, was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for passing bad checks.
* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being in a vehicle in a city park.
* Three 16-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court for curfew violations.
* Paul S. Simpson, 25, 637 S. Henderson Ave., received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.
* Jessie J. Austin, 17, 425 Timon Way, and Justin L. Jackson, 17, 1312 Big Bend Road, received summonses for being minors in possession of alcohol by consumption.
* Ann K. Litwicki, 54, 96 E. Cape Rock Drive, received a summons for a leash-law violation.
* Gerald N. Stott, 67, 2917 Park West Heights Drive, received a summons for failure to maintain property free of high weeds and maintaining a nuisance by allowing loose brush to accumulate on property.
* Nicole S. Jackson, 20, 1101 Ranney Ave., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.
* A domestic assault was reported.

* Money and cigarettes were reported stolen at 613 Sycamore Circle.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 3049 William St.

* A truck bed box, come-along, stepladder, ratchet set and coveralls were reported stolen at 611 S. Kingshighway.
* A faceplate was reported stolen at 1136 Landgraf Drive.
* A knife, iPod and iPod adapter were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of Independence Street.
* A door was damaged and a computer was reported stolen in a burglary at 523 S. Benton St.
* The hood and air vent of a car were reported damaged at 1204 S. Pacific St.
* A 21-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
* A peace disturbance was reported.
The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

* Trenton G. Klipfel, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and being a minor visibly intoxicated.
* Todd E. Weston, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
* Ryan W. Richardson, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and failure to signal.
* Amber N. Cunningham, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor visibly intoxicated.
* Kaitlyn S. Twidwell, 17, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor visibly intoxicated.
* Trey C. Miller, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor visibly intoxicated.

* Dean A. Hartle, 45, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful acts and domestic assault.
* Lacey D. Hinkle, 21, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of making false reports.
* Vanessa D. Babcock, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing and possession of a controlled substance.
* Arnes Crnolic, 20, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.
