Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A 14-year-old was taken into custody on suspicion of stealing a cell phone and charger.

* Darryl E. Tollison, 48, 1114 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Zachary C. Pullam, 23, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Terry A. Mead Jr., 23, 1437 Kingsway Drive, was arrested on suspicion of a probation violation and on a parole violation for resisting arrest.

* Vivian A. Howard, 25, 1101 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Williamson County warrant for a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

* Gregory A. Hatchett, 22, 605 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Cortez Detree Bell, 32, 420 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for a parole violation.

Summonses

* Justin D. Mayberry, 19, 1412 Kingsway Drive, received a summons for stealing.

* Cody M. Hurst, 21, 429 N. Frederick St., received a summons for assault.

* Jennifer L. Biler, 24, 965 S. Ellis St., received a summons for prohibited acts, noise, and driving with a revoked license.

* Gregory A. Hatchett, 22, 605 N. Spanish St., received a summons for prohibited acts, noise, no license and no insurance.

* Sasha R. Smies, 23, 312 W. Lorimier St., received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.

* Kevin S. Cole, 24, 1934 Bloomfield St., received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.

* Bobbie Jo Purkey, 32, 1122 Ranney Ave., received a summons for having a dog at large with no city animal license and for failure to maintain a property free of an inoperable vehicle.

* Lyman Robert Pitman, 61, 315 Bellevue St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Electronics were reported stolen at 1565 N. Kingshighway.

* A bike was reported stolen at 3026 Mimosa Drive.

* A wallet and checkbook were reported stolen at 164 Siemers Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 46 N. Henderson Ave.
